Dr. Vijay Pandyarajan is a highly skilled gastroenterologist who has joined TeleMed2U to help expand access to healthcare for patients in remote areas throughout California. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and medical research, Dr. Pandyarajan is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and advancing the field of gastroenterology.
Dr. Pandyarajan’ s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, in 2006. He then earned a PhD in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 2015, followed by his Medical Doctorate degree from the same institution in 2016.
Dr. Pandyarajan completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA, in 2018. He further specialized by undertaking a GI Research Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, which he completed in 2022.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Pandyarajan is an avid reader and movie enjoyer. He tries to keep a balanced lifestyle by running on a regular basis and keeping up with his two small children.
