AJ has more than 20 years of experience leading Healthcare Operations in the drugstore and specialty pharmacy environment. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TeleMed2U where he leads the company’s Sales & Operations, Recruiting, Legal and Credentialing/Contracting teams. He collaborates closely with the Advisory Board on the development of clinical programs and future strategy to enhance convenient access to specialty medical care in various markets across the country.
Dr. Siddiqui co-founded TeleMed2U, where he serves as the Chief Medical Officer, and is the primary developer of clinical programs and strategy. He directs TeleMed2U’s extensive group of multi-specialty medical providers, and is instrumental in managing the operational and business development aspects of the practice. Dr. Siddiqui also practices inpatient and outpatient telemedicine as an Infectious Disease physician member of the group.
Matt Nemer started his career on Wall Street, spending over 20 years as an equity research analyst. He was the first consumer analyst to write in-depth reports on Amazon and helped execute more than 10 IPOs and over $20 billion in capital raises. He then transitioned to an operating role as the head of finance at early telemedicine pioneer Hims & Hers Health (HIMS), where revenue expanded from $8 million to over $100 million in one year. Following this, he moved to the telemedicine platform Plush Care as CFO, where he oversaw revenue growth from $10 million to $50 million, achieved profitability, and engineered a sale to Accolade for approximately $450 million. After the acquisition, he also took on an additional role as Chief Operating Officer, managing the integration. Most recently, Matt served as the CFO for the consumer startup Vivrelle, where he built out the finance and accounting functions and oversaw a doubling of revenue.
Dr. Rhodes is dual board certified in general, child and adolescent psychiatry and enjoys taking care of patients of all ages. She has worked in several clinic settings, including outpatient, inpatient, intensive outpatient programs and partial hospitalization programs for a variety of populations. She is highly involved in educating the next generation of physicians and has been an adjunct professor with several medical schools in Texas. Dr. Rhodes is very family oriented, empathetic and enjoys addressing the overall changes that can contribute to improving quality of life. When she is not working, Dr. Rhodes enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, running, crafting and outdoor activities like fishing and the beach.
As the Senior Director of Enterprise at TeleMed2U, Amanda brings more than 20 years of experience in project management, workforce planning, and process optimization within the pharmaceutical healthcare industry. Her primary responsibilities include developing process improvement roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement them, and ensuring their seamless integration across the organization.
Greg Buchert, MD, MPH recently retired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Shield of California’s Promise Health Plan that serves 500,000 members in Medi-Cal, Medicare and Dual Eligible programs in California. He formerly worked with Centene as the Chief Executive Officer that launched the company’s first Medicaid Managed Care Plan in California and later as Chief Medical Officer of HealthNet. His previous positions include work as a Principal Consultant with Health Management Associates, a national healthcare consulting firm, and as the Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director for CalOptima, a public managed care company for which he was a founding executive. Greg started his career as a Pediatric Emergency Physician serving in leadership positions at two children’s hospitals and as administrative director of a medical group.
Dr. Steven Schorer serves on the Advisory Board of TeleMed2U. He works closely with leadership to advise of the current and future strategy of the company. Dr. Schorer received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Davis and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He trained in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, eventually completely his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago. He has worked as an emergency physician throughout the California, primarily in Sacramento, since 1994, and has served on the medical faculty at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. Dr. Schorer received his MBA from CSU Sacramento. Steve also has extensive experience as a healthcare consultant to the pharmaceutical and medical staffing industries.
Dr Kedem graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1991. After starting a few small businesses in New York City, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts to pursue premedical studies at Harvard, and research in genetics and gene sequencing at Harvard, Beth Israel. He left to attend medical school in the UK at the Cambridge Overseas Medical Program in 1998. Dr Kedem then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in Stamford, Connecticut. After residency, he completed a fellowship in Hospital Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr Kedem has been working as an internist and academic hospitalist since 2007. He began working in the field of Telemedicine in 2018, and has been involved in patient care, supervising clinicians and writing and refining clinical protocols. Dr Kedem is published both in the Journal of Hospital Medicine and the Journal of Critical Care. A 2007 publication, which he authored, on chronic mesenteric ischemia, has led to a novel and accepted treatment for this condition.
Dr Kedem lives with his wife and daughter in Rhinebeck, New York where he works as a hospitalist and telemedicine practitioner. When not working, he enjoys drawing, reading and playing banjo.
Dr Mulligan is a tri-lingual, board-certified practicing pediatric emergency medicine physician and a nationally recognized Physician Executive with over 25 years of experience in health systems, academic and venture-backed entrepreneurial organizations. Her specific areas of expertise include strategy formulation, organizational transformation, operations improvement, where she advises health systems and policymakers about disruptive technologies and business models that accelerate transformation and constrain health expenditures.
Dr. Mulligan currently serves as the Telemedicine Director of Online Module Rural and Urban Underserved Medicine, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) KPCOM, and Founder of the NSU Institute for Child Health Policy.
She has held leadership positions in health care, government, research, and technology sectors to include that of Medical Director at Broward Health Pediatric Services and consulting Chief Medical Affairs Officer of MDLIVE. Consultancy roles have included the Department of Health and Human Services MCHB EMSC as Project Director, the White House Office of National AIDS Policy, Center for Disease Control, and Florida State Agency for Health Care Administration and Department of Health.
Jon Murphy is a management consultant with more than twenty years of Health Plan leadership experience including mission-critical roles for Blue Shield of CA, First Consulting Group, and Kaiser Permanente. His background includes management in sales operations, product strategy, customer service, claims processing, and new and renewing enrollment. Jon was the executive accountable for integrating a major California-based Health Plan back-office membership system with the Covered CA public exchange. Today, Jon is a Managing Director with ClearTurn Consulting, focused on enabling Health Plan clients to achieve their lofty goals. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and he is an Eagle Scout. Jon’s personal passions include running, cooking, community involvement, and being a dedicated father to his two children.
Raj Chudasama serves on the TeleMed2U Advisory Board and provides strategic advice on key IT infrastructure and system development initiatives. Raj has more than 20 years of experience in building and deploying innovative products and e-commerce platforms, driving digital transformation to improve customer experiences and to accelerate company growth. Raj currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at QuoteCenter, the fastest growing Home Depot company, where he is responsible for company-wide technology strategy, architecture, e-commerce platforms, data, and engineering practices. Previously, Raj successfully led the Digital transformation of both Home Depot’s B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms. Raj is also pursuing his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Sasha Vrajich is proud to support Telemed2U's strategy as an advisory board member. Sasha has more than 25 years of experience in the IT field leading transformational projects across various industries including telecom, healthcare, energy, and financial services. Currently Sasha is responsible for leading outcome based technology solutions for TEKsystems Global Services, specializing in IT outsourcing and digital transformation. His previous roles helped to impact efficiency and profitability for various global organizations including EMC, DXC, Capgemini, and CGI. In addition to holding several technology patents, Sasha studied Computer Science at The University of Texas in Austin and holds various industry accreditations from Microsoft, Amazon, ServiceNow, and PMI.
With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Branden specializes in analysis, design, and management. Over the past two decades, he has focused on healthcare, leading the development and management of Health Information Technology products. Throughout his career, Branden has worked with notable organizations, including Electronic Data Systems, HP, OCHIN, Microsoft, GE, Caradigm, Surescripts, Providence Health & Services, and Clinicient. Currently at TeleMed2U, he works closely with executive leadership to develop, deliver, and manage innovative technology that empowers providers to deliver a world-class patient experience.
Jessica has worked with Dr. Sweet and Dr. Patel since 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. As the Director of Clinical Operations, she coordinates with all BH team members to ensure timely delivery of high quality care. Her dedication to TeleMed2U and its patients has allowed us to continue to provide much needed behavioral health services.
Stacy is responsible for seeking, qualifying and attracting physician providers in various medical specialties to fill TeleMed2U’s service openings in multiple states. Her position involves all aspects of the recruitment process, including responsibility for contracting providers that are clinically competent and who possess personal attributes reflective of TeleMed2U’s vision and values.
Melissa serves as the Director of Business Development for TeleMed2U. She earned her Master’s in Nursing degree from the University of Arizona and has both clinical and administrative experience working in the inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Melissa is responsible for overseeing the proposal-to-implementation journey for new sales activity, and she fosters relationships and increases satisfaction with current clients to expand access to quality, specialty care.
As Director of Network and Business Development, Melissa Kwiatkowski is responsible for national growth of the organization as well as recruitment and engagement of our esteemed clinicians. With steadfast commitment to enhancing access to top-tier healthcare, Melissa brings our team a wealth of experience spanning across the provider and payer industries.
Her deep understanding of the delivery and financing sides of healthcare enable her to see the full picture of patient care. She spent over two decades at High mark Blue Cross Blue Shield and held leadership roles in both the clinical management and sales divisions. She gained her care delivery experience as a registered nurse and held clinical leadership roles as the Director of Clinical Operations and the Director of Business Development for Allegheny Health Network. In this role she led value-based care initiatives and clinical service line growth strategies across the health system.
