Vanessa Ulibas is a clinical therapist and graduate from the San Francisco State University, Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Vanessa an interest in serving the BIPO Ccommunity through many years working in public service providing community resources and witnessing discrepancies serving underserved populations.
