Susan Eckert, RDN, is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience providing sound nutrition solutions to people of all ages and levels of care. She completed her dietetic internship with a focus on medical nutrition therapy and food science while studying at Iowa State University. Susan holds CITI Certification in Biomedical Research and is a past recipient of the Recognized Dietitian of the Year Award.
Susan practices cutting-edge, science-based nutrition and takes a holistic approach to your care. She dials in on root causes, helps you make sense of the science, and will personalize a care plan just for you. Susan enjoys teaching you how to make healthy changes using a mindful and intuitive approach. She will listen to you and empower you by leveraging nutrition to optimize your well-being, helping you to eat and live well!
When Susan is not working, she enjoys hiking, gardening, photography, reading, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her family and their pup.
