Shelley is an associate who completed her master’s degree in social work at the University of Southern California. She has experience in acute and outpatient settings, facilitating individual and group sessions. Shelley strives to create safe spaces where clients are heard and understood. She takes a person-centered approach, helping uncover a client’s values and strengths, leading to inner harmony. Shelley teaches skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Trauma Resiliency Model. In free time she enjoys hiking, slow-pitch softball, hot yoga, photography, stand-up comedy, and podcasts.
She joins TeleMed2 in its mission to expand access to healthcare.
