Joseph Chao, MD is a board certified Dermatologist with over 5 plus years of experience. Dr. Chao obtained his medical doctorate from the University of Arizona, subsequently he completed his internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Advanced Dermatology. Dr. Chao is one half of the founding dermatologists of Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation’s Dermatology service line. He is passionate about
Dr. Chao is a part of several professional memberships including the American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s Dermatologic Society, American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and Medical Dermatology Society.
When he’s not providing exceptional patient care, Dr. Chao enjoys traveling, cooking and of course good eats!
