Deema is an Associate Clinical Social Worker, especially passionate for those who have experienced trauma, but embraces all into her practice. She completed her B.A in Spanish Language and Literature, minoring in American Sign Language and Deaf Culture. Deema believes that therapy is meant to honor the whole person and understands societal, cultural, and environmental impacts on mental health.
Deema brings with her, experiences within abroad range of settings such as residential treatment centers, shelters, foster care, schools, and youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
Deema joins Telemed2U is our mission to expand access to mental healthcare.
