Brief Overview:

The Chief of Staff will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of the company’s vision, growth initiatives, and operational priorities. This role will drive accountability across teams, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in service, urgency, and collaboration. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in optimizing business operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between leadership and key stakeholders. They will enhance organizational efficiency by refining scalable processes, strengthening internal communication, and driving execution of cross-functional priorities. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, structured problem-solving, and operational excellence, the Chief of Staff will help accelerate the company’s growth while reinforcing a culture of ownership, adaptability, and results-driven performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with C-suite leaders to achieve operational excellence and strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee special projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Communication: Draft and review CEO communications, ensuring clear messaging.
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve quality, efficiency, and productivity across all functions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships and represent the CEO in key meetings.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on telehealth regulations and manage board meetings.
  • Talent Development: Support recruitment, retention, and leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in healthcare operations, with strong project management skills.
  • Education: MBA or MHA required (or equivalent experience).

  • Executive Presence & Influence – Ability to command attention, build trust, and foster strong relationships with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen – Strong ability to synthesize complex information, anticipate challenges, and develop data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Exceptional Communication & Storytelling – Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator with the ability to convey insights, influence decisions, and drive alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong aptitude for leveraging data, metrics, and insights to inform strategy, optimize operations, and measure impact.
  • Problem Solving & Change Leadership – Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, develop solutions, and lead change initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Operational Execution & Project Management – Skilled at driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
