Desiree A. De Pace completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from CaliforniaState University, Fullerton. Over the last seventeen years Desiree has worked with families,children, adolescents, and adults within the field of behavioral and mental health. Withexperience employing various techniques from a range of intervention frameworks such asCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, RationalEmotive Behavior Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy, Desiree uses an eclectic therapeuticapproach that emphasizes client centered intervention techniques. Desiree’s experienceincludes working with survivors of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety,substance use, disordered eating, and traumatic stress. Desiree is passionate aboutempowering people to prioritize their mental health through increasing access to mental healthcare. In her free time, Desiree enjoys cooking, being in nature (hiking, camping, fishing), andspending quality time with her family.
